1. Coverage
We deliver within Riyadh and support shipments to major cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for approved trade and project orders.
2. Order processing
After you place an order, our sales team reviews stock, pricing, and delivery options. You will receive confirmation and payment/invoice instructions before dispatch where required.
3. Lead times
- In-stock items (Riyadh): typically prepared after order confirmation and payment clearance (if applicable).
- Indent / factory items: follow manufacturer lead times; ETA is confirmed on the quote or order.
- Project freight: scheduled case-by-case based on volume and destination.
4. Shipping charges
Checkout may show a standard shipping estimate. Large industrial shipments are often quoted separately (weight, volume, destination, and urgency).
5. Delivery & collection
Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. Collection from our Riyadh facility may be arranged with prior confirmation from sales.
6. Inspection on receipt
Please inspect packaging on delivery and report damage or shortages within 48 hours with your order number and photos where possible.
